After our extensive experience in the field of training and organizing it in the training centers we established inside and outside Algeria, we realized the greater benefit of transforming this knowledge and information into practical applications that allow attendees to benefit directly.
This enables them to apply it to their personal lives, work, organizations, studies, or any other field. Here lies its importance. However, the segment we can reach remains very limited compared to the number of people in society, whether in Algeria, the Arab world, or globally.
After the COVID-19 crisis, most people have adopted remote training. This shift has led to a significant decline in quality, particularly due to the reduction in training time, which now often falls short of international standards. Anyone can now become a trainer and deliver content as they wish, in any manner they prefer. Consequently, there has been a significant decrease in impact.
While there has been an increase in the target audience and interested individuals, the real benefit has diminished compared to the effectiveness and impact that should be achieved by the end of training courses.
