Question 1

What makes Creative Book's books different?

Accepted Answer

Every paper book has QR codes printed inside it. Scanning one with your phone opens a video explaining that specific page — the book and the video are one product, not a book with a separate course attached.

Question 2

How do I watch the QR videos?

Accepted Answer

Scan the code printed on the page with your phone's camera and the video opens straight in the browser. No app and no account needed.

Question 3

Do you deliver to every wilaya?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all 58 Algerian wilayas. The delivery fee depends on your wilaya and is shown before you confirm the order.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. No card and no payment up front.

Question 5

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the “Track your order” page with your order number (it starts with CB-) and the phone number you ordered with. If you ordered while signed in, every order is listed on your account page.

Question 6

Can I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier. You can cancel from the order tracking page.

Question 7

What is the difference between the paper and digital books?

Accepted Answer

The paper book is delivered to your door and carries the QR video codes. The digital book (EPUB) is read on your phone and works offline once downloaded. Digital sales will run through the mobile app when it launches.

Question 8

When is the mobile app coming?

Accepted Answer

The app is in development and will launch on Android. Leave your email in the app section on this page and we will tell you as soon as it is out.

Accepted Answer

By email at contact@creativebook.io or on +213 781 59 56 04, and via WhatsApp and our social accounts linked at the bottom of the page.
